The China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products (CCCME), Solar Energy Photovoltaic Products Branch confirmed that the European Commission recently officially rejected EUProSun's application to initiate a sunset review of the EU's anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigation on Chinese solar photovoltaic products. This means that the current minimum import price (MIP) and anti-dumping measures against China are very likely to be cancelled after their expiration on September 3. Industry insiders believe that this news will bring some boost to the domestic photovoltaic industry chain, which is currently experiencing a policy "cold winter".
