Zhao Houchao, general manager of Linyi Power, made a summary report on the overall work of Linyi Power in 2017. He pointed out that in 2017, Linyi Power achieved outstanding results in its strategic transformation: the scale of investment in power plants continued to shrink, the scale of EPC accelerated, household photovoltaic loans were successfully implemented, sales business achieved new breakthroughs, the EPC general contracting multi-project concentrated delivery capacity was improved, and photovoltaic poverty alleviation achieved remarkable results. At the meeting, Zhao Houchao made an overall plan for the operation work of Linyi Power in 2018. Zhao Houchao emphasized that Linyi Power will emphasize the concept of managing people through systems and doing things through processes, adhering to the strategy of prioritizing profit, seizing markets externally, reducing costs internally, and improving efficiency, promoting the implementation of a comprehensive budget management system for projects, implementing a platform-based and matrix management model, setting red lines for legality and compliance, and financial security, upholding the Linyi culture of "one family, one table, one heart, one strength", and comprehensively promoting Linyi Power's work to a new level.
