On February 24, the Ministry of Finance's website announced a notice regarding the publication of the Renewable Energy Electricity Price Surcharge Fund Subsidy Catalog (Third Batch of Photovoltaic Poverty Alleviation Projects). According to the announcement, the third batch of poverty alleviation projects is approximately 11 GW in scale.

  On February 24, the official website of the Ministry of Finance announced the notice on the publication of the subsidy catalog for renewable energy electricity price surcharge funds (third batch of photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects).   In accordance with the requirements of the State Council, to ensure that the benefits of photovoltaic poverty alleviation are promptly extended to the vast number of impoverished people, the Ministry of Finance will give priority to allocating subsidy funds for poverty alleviation to photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects included in the renewable energy electricity price surcharge fund subsidy catalog. Among them, photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects within the operating scope of the State Grid Corporation and the Southern Power Grid Corporation will be responsible for the application and allocation of subsidy funds by the State Grid Corporation and the Southern Power Grid Corporation respectively; photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects within the operating scope of local independent power grid enterprises will be responsible for the application and allocation of subsidy funds by the provincial-level finance, Price, energy, and poverty alleviation authorities. For village-level power stations and centralized power stations, the subsidy funds for poverty alleviation will be directly allocated by power grid enterprises or the finance department to the local poverty alleviation power generation income transfer institution, which will be supervised by the poverty alleviation authorities to ensure that the full amount is allocated to the village collective where the photovoltaic poverty alleviation project is located.
