Power Group's "Standard Construction Year" activity yields fruitful results

In order to further standardize operational procedures, improve management levels, and optimize power plant construction and operation and maintenance quality, Linyi Electric Power Group organized a "Standard Construction Year" activity in 2016. The activity promoted standardized operations, management, and services throughout the group to improve work quality and standards.

With strong leadership support and close collaboration among various departments, and considering project cycle management characteristics, Linyi Power Group had, by the first half of 2016, improved 82 management systems and 50 project procedures; developed numerous technical standards for electrical, civil, and structural design; developed a standard framework structure for household use; and successfully developed an intelligent management system for household use.
In terms of risk control, the legal department identified 32 risk points related to seals, developed 28 standard contract templates, and identified 22 land-related risk points. They also developed a unique risk prevention guide for Linyi Power based on national policies. The finance department implemented regular review of bank accounts and standardized management of voucher ledgers. The engineering and technology department improved construction management standards and quality acceptance specifications, and developed standardized configurations for power plant materials based on the company's actual material delivery for household power plants, increasing delivery efficiency by 50%. In terms of power plant operation and maintenance, a maintenance reporting system was completed, and 23 operation and maintenance management systems were developed.
In the second half of the year, the power group will continue to promote the standardization initiative, focusing on refining, optimizing, consolidating, and improving the existing standard system, integrating standardization with informatization and intelligence.
