On July 15, the Xiajin (Tianjin) Integration into the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development Symposium and Key Project Signing Ceremony was held in Tianjin. Linyi Power Group and the Xiajin County Government signed a cooperation agreement for a 100MWp photovoltaic agricultural poverty alleviation power station project in Xiajin County.
On July 15, a symposium on Xiajin (Tianjin)'s integration into the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and a signing ceremony for key projects were held in Tianjin. Linyi Power Group and Xiajin County Government signed a cooperation agreement for a 100MWp photovoltaic agricultural poverty alleviation power station project in Xiajin County.
Linyi Power's Xiajin 100MWp photovoltaic agricultural poverty alleviation project plans to construct four photovoltaic poverty alleviation power stations over three years, with a total installed capacity of 100MWp. The project not only provides free electricity and income for the people of Xiajin, but also combines with local industrial development and upgrading to drive and solve local employment problems, achieving a "self-sustaining" poverty alleviation effect. The project organically integrates photovoltaic power generation with sightseeing agriculture, aquaculture, Chinese herbal medicine planting, and livestock farming, planning to build 40 acres of fruit and vegetable sightseeing picking greenhouses, 60 acres of edible mushroom greenhouses, 200 acres of fish ponds, 1000 acres of Chinese herbal medicine planting greenhouses, and a 700-acre black donkey breeding base. It is expected to achieve annual tax revenue of more than 20 million yuan in the first 7 years and more than 30 million yuan after 7 years; creating 500 jobs annually.
Linyi Power Group actively implements the national call to win the battle against poverty, solidly promoting photovoltaic precision poverty alleviation and precision poverty eradication. In the process, it has innovated its approach, forming Linyi Power's unique five photovoltaic poverty alleviation models. Relying on the experience of developing and constructing photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects in the early stages, the 100MWp photovoltaic agricultural poverty alleviation project is being built in Xiajin. Part of the project's income will directly help some impoverished households escape poverty; greenhouses, fish ponds, and black donkey breeding bases will be provided free of charge to impoverished households in Xiajin County. According to the poverty alleviation standard of 3500 yuan per household per year, the project will help 4000 impoverished households in Xiajin County escape poverty after completion.
This project not only has good economic benefits but also relatively considerable environmental benefits. After the project is completed, it is expected to achieve an annual power generation of 130 million kWh, saving 46,800 tons of standard coal annually, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 129,214 tons annually, and reducing sulfur dioxide emissions by 3,718 tons annually.
