Qingyun Sunlight and Linov Power's Comprehensive Strategic Cooperation for Win-Win Development

On August 5th, Linyi Electric Power and Qingyun Sunshine officially signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement at Tsinghua Science Park. Within the next five years, both parties will jointly develop and construct a 400MW rooftop intelligent distributed photovoltaic power station in Shandong Province. Simultaneously, they have also reached a cooperation intention in ground power stations and intelligent operation and maintenance, achieving synergistic cooperation, complementary advantages, and mutual benefit through resource sharing.
On August 5th, Linyi Power and Qingyun Solar officially signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement at Tsinghua Science Park. The strong alliance between Linyi Power and Qingyun Solar will deepen channel integration and seize the opportunity of the photovoltaic market's shift towards distributed power stations. Following market trends, they will expand the scope of cooperation in their existing product areas. Qingyun Solar will provide Linyi Power with its independently developed Qingyun Riheng intelligent photovoltaic power station operation and maintenance diagnostic system (Solarule). Through the integration of power station big data, it will promote the improvement of global monitoring and operation and maintenance technology levels of the power stations under its jurisdiction. Meanwhile, the comprehensive global monitoring and operation and maintenance technical solutions from Qingyun will provide Linyi Power with efficient data analysis and decision-making basis. In addition, within the next five years, they will jointly invest in, develop, construct, and operate and manage large-scale photovoltaic ground power station projects and distributed photovoltaic power generation projects, achieving reliable, economical, clean, and interactive power supply and value-added services for users, and creating a benchmark for intelligent photovoltaic power stations in Shandong Province.
