Winning Bid Price: 0.770 yuan/kWh, Public Announcement of Winning Bids for the First Batch of 2016 Ordinary Photovoltaic Power Plants in Qinghai Province

Commissioned by the Qinghai Provincial Energy Bureau, China National Machinery Industry Corporation (CNMCI) as the bidding agent and the Hydropower and Water Resources Planning & Design General Institute as the technical support unit, jointly selected the investors for 17 general photovoltaic power station projects within the quota of the first batch of general photovoltaic power stations in Qinghai Province in 2016 issued by the National Energy Administration through a domestic public bidding process.
Commissioned by the Qinghai Provincial Energy Bureau, China National Machinery Industry Corporation (CNMCI) acted as the bidding agent and the Water Conservancy and Hydropower Planning and Design General Institute as the technical support unit to select the optimal investors for 17 general photovoltaic power station projects under the quota of the first batch of general photovoltaic power stations in Qinghai Province in 2016, issued by the National Energy Administration, through domestic open bidding.
The bidding results were announced on October 27, 2016, and the announcement period has now ended. According to the principles for determining the winning bidders stipulated in this Bidding, the winning units for each project are announced as follows:
