On December 10, a strategic cooperation framework agreement signing ceremony was held between Linyi City Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Liano Group Co., Ltd. Wang Yuanyan, former vice governor of Shandong Province; Zhang Shuping, deputy secretary of the Linyi Municipal Party Committee and mayor; and Gao Yuankun, chairman of Shandong Yimeng Chamber of Commerce and Liano Group Co., Ltd., attended the signing ceremony.
On December 10, Linyi Urban Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Linyi Urban Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation framework agreement. Wang YuYan, former vice governor of Shandong Province; Zhang ShuPing, deputy secretary of the Linyi Municipal Party Committee and mayor; and Gao YuanKun, chairman of the Shandong Yimeng Chamber of Commerce and Linyi Group Co., Ltd., attended the signing ceremony.
According to the agreement, Linyi Group Co., Ltd. and Linyi Urban Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. will leverage their respective strengths to cooperate in establishing a professional investment and financing operating company, jointly develop and implement photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects in the Linyi region, implement national photovoltaic poverty alleviation policies, and address the bottlenecks of limited financing and lack of professional operation teams for county and district governments. Within the next three years, the investment scale will exceed 10 billion yuan, and 50% of the project's net income will be invested in the county and district government's poverty alleviation fund pool, annually supporting 50,000 impoverished people without the ability to work, achieving long-term stable poverty alleviation for 20 years. Through market-oriented investment, the goal is to support a poverty-stricken group and develop an industry without increasing the debt burden and fiscal risks of local governments. At the same time, taking the implementation of photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects as an opportunity, both parties will jointly promote the wider application of new energy industries, carry out cooperation in the fields of sports and health, and medical health, develop distributed photovoltaic power generation on rooftops, building and industrial energy-saving renovations, solar thermal systems, coal-fired boiler renovations, and air-source heat pump systems, creating low-carbon industrial parks and sunshine campuses, etc., to serve Linyi in building a green and clean, comprehensive energy-saving demonstration city and comprehensively improving Linyi's environmental quality and level.
