On the morning of January 11, Liny Group and the Yuzhou Municipal People's Government held a signing ceremony for a leisure agriculture and tourism complex project. Liny Group leaders visited Zhuge Town's Qingshan Pharmaceutical and Liny photovoltaic power generation project, where they investigated the construction progress, had detailed discussions with those in charge, and reviewed the companies' production and operations.

A group of leaders from Linyi Group visited Zhuge Town Qingshan Pharmaceutical and Linyi photovoltaic power generation project, and learned about the construction of the enterprises on the spot. They also had detailed conversations with the persons in charge and checked the production and operation of the enterprises.
The Yuzhou leisure agriculture and tourism complex project, signed this time, is located in Zhuge Town, Yuzhou City. With a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan, covering an area of 6,000 mu, and a construction period of three years, it is divided into five sections and is planned to be built in three phases: Phase I will focus on the construction of the photovoltaic technology section and the Guiyuan Tianju section. Phase II will focus on the construction of the One Corridor and One Belt and Jungle Journey sections. Phase III will focus on the construction of the Forest Sea Health Preservation section and the Lake Light Water Rhyme section. Currently, the construction of the Phase I photovoltaic technology section is basically completed, and it has started grid-connected power generation. The Guiyuan Tianju section has a planning period of two years and will be built into a comprehensive section integrating agriculture, forestry, and tourism. The main construction content is divided into five functional areas: service area, leisure area, production area, viewing area, and protection area. The Phase II Jungle Journey section mainly carries out two developments: one is the development of the landscape corridor of mountains and rivers and cliffs, which is positioned as tourism transportation, tourism sightseeing, and leisure travel. The construction content includes motor vehicle roads, cycling roads, and river protection transformation. The other is the development of the Shiju Story Culture Belt, the main construction content of which includes a service center, a modern agricultural demonstration park, and a high-efficiency ecological circular breeding park. The Phase III Forest Sea Health Preservation section will focus on the development of various functions such as health, wellness, medical care, and vacation, and will build this area into a tourism and vacation village with a secluded style. The main construction content includes a green restaurant, a vacation tribe, a leisure travel line, an ecological exploration line, and a ski resort base, etc.
The construction and operation of the Yuzhou leisure agriculture and tourism complex project will achieve a perfect combination of the primary and tertiary industries, which can both protect the ecological environment and revitalize the local economy. By improving the economic conditions of underdeveloped areas and adjusting the agricultural structure, it will attract more funds and talents to engage in the agricultural industry. This is of great significance to transforming the mode of agricultural development, promoting farmers' employment and income increase, promoting the construction of new rural areas, coordinating urban and rural development, and meeting the growing leisure consumption needs of urban and rural residents.
