On April 25th, with the completion of the acceptance inspection of the Anfeng distributed photovoltaic power station, all 49 small and 8 large photovoltaic power stations totaling 14.5 MW in the Linyi Phase I Poverty Alleviation Photovoltaic Project of Linyi Power successfully passed the acceptance inspection of the municipal power company and achieved grid connection, six days ahead of schedule.
On April 25th, with the acceptance of the Anfeng distributed photovoltaic power station, all 49 small power stations and 8 large power stations totaling 14.5 MW of the Linyi Phase I photovoltaic poverty alleviation project of Linyi Power successfully passed the acceptance of the city power company and were connected to the grid, 6 days ahead of schedule.
The project, from excavation, component installation, and collection lines to successful grid connection, took only 45 days. The project team overcame difficulties such as a wide distribution range and complex and diverse construction forms. Working day and night, regardless of the weather, with the support of the local government, owners, and suppliers, it achieved successful grid connection, once again creating a model of efficient and high-quality construction and winning high praise from the owner.
Photovoltaic poverty alleviation helps impoverished areas to get rid of poverty
Linyi Power Group actively responded to the national call, practiced corporate social responsibility, took new energy development as a starting point, and vigorously developed photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects. The photovoltaic power generation income is shared by more than 5,000 impoverished families, with each household increasing its income by about 3,000 yuan per year, precisely achieving poverty alleviation for 5,000 impoverished people. This is the largest household distributed photovoltaic poverty alleviation demonstration project in Shandong and even the whole country.
The Yinan Phase I photovoltaic poverty alleviation project is built on the roofs of government public property and on wasteland. It is controlled by the government, using 50 million yuan in poverty alleviation funds to leverage financing, expanding the scale of funds to achieve 200 million yuan in financing. Impoverished households do not need any capital investment. The local government uses poverty alleviation funds as principal to repay loans. Linyi Power Group is responsible for the construction and operation of the project, the ownership of which belongs to the collective, and the income is flexibly distributed by the collective. For the first three years, all the power station's income belongs to the people, and impoverished households can enjoy the "sunshine income" without spending a penny.

At the beginning of the project, there was great resistance. The entire project involves 6 townships, 50 administrative villages, and many relevant departments. The functional, business, design, procurement, and engineering departments of Linyi Power Group attached great importance to this project, with clear division of labor and close cooperation. The general manager personally took charge and fully coordinated to ensure the operation of the project, regularly holding coordination and promotion meetings to solve problems and difficulties, and fully promoting the project construction.
