Over 400 people attended the event, including representatives from industry media such as Xinhua Net, International Energy Network, Century Energy Network, China Distributed Energy Network, Polaris PV Network, Sophi PV Network, China Energy Network, Shandong Low Carbon Window, PV Yijia, PVP365, Toutiao, Energy Development Weekly, Solar Power Generation Network, and China PV Industry Observation, as well as dealer representatives from across the country. The summit focused on hot topics such as the latest policy situation in the photovoltaic industry, market trends and investment suggestions for distributed development, system certification of distributed photovoltaic systems, photovoltaic poverty alleviation, financing platform construction, and experience sharing in project demonstration and market development and promotion.
Li Dan, Executive Deputy Secretary-General of the Renewable Energy Association of the China Association for Circular Economy, delivered a keynote speech titled "Opportunities and Challenges of Distributed Photovoltaic Development." In her speech, Li Dan analyzed the current situation, policies, opportunities, challenges, and future development trends of distributed photovoltaics. Mo Jianan from Beijing Jianheng Certification Center gave a speech on "Preventing Quality Risks in Household Photovoltaic Systems and Promoting Healthy Industry Development," explaining the importance of system certification for household photovoltaic power generation systems. On September 27 this year, Linyi Power's "Fuyu Sunshine" series of household power station systems officially obtained the Beijing Jianheng Certification Household Grid-Connected Photovoltaic Power Generation System Certification, becoming the second household Brand globally to receive this certification. Liu Hongzheng, Deputy Director of Shandong Electric Power Research Institute, looked forward to the current situation and future of distributed photovoltaic power generation, pointing out that grid companies are currently actively supporting the accelerated development of distributed power sources. Under the future trend of the energy internet, ultra-high voltage grids are key, smart grids are the foundation, and clean energy is the focus.
Zhang Shiguo, Vice President and Secretary-General of the China New Energy Overseas Development Alliance, introduced the policies and trends of the overseas photovoltaic market and encouraged domestic photovoltaic companies to influence the national "One Belt, One Road" strategy and implement a "going global" strategy. Currently, Linyi Power's overseas company has also undertaken photovoltaic power station projects in Kazakhstan, Jordan, and Malaysia, countries along the Belt and Road. As a large population province and a major photovoltaic province, Shen Wenming, President of Shandong Solar Energy Association, and Ma Xianli, Director of Hebei Renewable Energy Industry Association, respectively shared and exchanged information on the current situation and future prospects of photovoltaic development in Shandong and Hebei provinces. Qin Feng, Senior Manager of the Individual Loan Center, Agricultural Bank of China, Shandong Branch, explained the financial support plan for distributed new energy. Photovoltaic power generation systems are different from ordinary commodities; many households are deterred by the relatively high installation costs. The Agricultural Bank of China is committed to providing customers with comprehensive, convenient, and reliable financial support plans to solve the important problem of funding for the promotion of distributed power stations. Linyi Power and the Agricultural Bank of China, Shandong Branch, have reached a strategic cooperation agreement, eliminating the concerns of owners who intend to install Linyi Power photovoltaic power generation systems.
Zhao Houchao, General Manager of Linyi Power, explained the future development plan of Linyi Power and the product plan for household photovoltaic power generation systems to the attendees. Dr. Liu Xingcun, a specially appointed expert in technology and quality management at Linyi Photovoltaic Group, gave a quality assurance keynote speech on the production and quality control of Linyi photovoltaic components. Song Chenhao from Linyi Power's Market Management Center announced the 2018 Linyi Power partner policy and market support.
Regarding practical issues such as household market development and operation and maintenance services, the attending dealers held enthusiastic discussions. Representatives of outstanding dealers shared their experiences, providing broader ideas for dealers in business development and earning unanimous praise from the dealers.
The Poverty Alleviation Office of Zhangqiu District, Jinan, signed a cooperation framework agreement for household poverty alleviation projects with Linyi Power, and Aisma New Energy Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. signed a strategic supplier cooperation agreement with Linyi Power.
At the summit, the attendees jointly launched the "Distributed Photovoltaic Innovation Development Plan." Through the "Distributed Photovoltaic Innovation Development Plan," Linyi Power will work with its industry colleagues to promote the transformation of China's photovoltaic industry from manufacturing to creation, from speed to quality, and from product to Brand, increase the proportion of household distributed business, utilize funding support platforms, and help more users use solar power generation. Deeply integrating "Internet +," using cloud platforms and big data technologies, while ensuring the quality of distributed photovoltaic systems, we will focus on operation and maintenance and service. At the same time, we will actively explore the application of energy storage technology in household systems to provide users with energy management services and improve the user experience of distributed photovoltaics.
