On September 3rd, the second annual Jinan Mayor's International Economic Advisory Committee meeting, lasting two days, opened grandly at Shandong Building.
The meeting invited executives from Fortune 500 companies, prominent figures from emerging industries, and renowned individuals from overseas consulting firms, including Meng Haowen, Saint-Gobain's Asia-Pacific representative and chairman of the French-Chinese Chamber of Commerce; Hermann, President and CEO of Siemens (China) Co., Ltd.; and Chen Yan, Senior Director of Government Affairs, Honeywell Asia Pacific, to engage in high-level dialogues with the Jinan mayor and relevant department heads. The event aimed to introduce the latest developments, trends, and information on world-leading industries, technologies, cities, management, and investments to Jinan.
Simultaneously, a signing ceremony for the Shandong Province-Siemens new and old kinetic energy conversion cooperation project was held. Prominent Shandong enterprises, including Linergy Group, Shandong Jingbo, and Lu Kang Pharmaceutical, signed cooperation agreements with Siemens. These agreements aim to promote smart manufacturing and optimize the upgrading of the real economy through smart informationization and intelligent industrialization, supporting the major project construction of new and old kinetic energy conversion in Jinan and Shandong Province.
