According to the regulations of the 'Soil and Water Conservation Law' and the 'Gansu Provincial Soil and Water Conservation Regulations', and in accordance with the requirements of the 'Notice of the Ministry of Water Resources on Strengthening Mid- and Post-Event Supervision and Standardizing the Independent Acceptance of Soil and Water Conservation Facilities for Production and Construction Projects' (Water Conservation [2017] No. 365) and the 'Notice of the Gansu Provincial Water Resources Department on Issuing the <Implementation Opinions on Strengthening Mid- and Post-Event Supervision and Standardizing the Independent Acceptance of Soil and Water Conservation Facilities for Production and Construction Projects>' (Gan Shui Shui Bao Fa [2017] No. 381), Jiayuguan LINO Solar Power Technology Co., Ltd. organized relevant soil and water conservation technical service units and project participating units to conduct an inspection of Jiayuguan LINO Solar Power Technology Co., Ltd.

In accordance with the "Soil and Water Conservation Law" and the "Gansu Provincial Soil and Water Conservation Regulations," and in line with the requirements of the "Notice on Strengthening On-site and Post-event Supervision and Standardizing the Self-acceptance of Soil and Water Conservation Facilities for Production and Construction Projects" (Water Conservation [2017] No. 365) and the "Notice of Gansu Provincial Water Resources Department on Issuing the " (Gan Shui Shui Bao Fa [2017] No. 381), Jiayuguan Linergy Solar Power Technology Co., Ltd. organized relevant soil and water conservation technical service units and project participating units to conduct acceptance inspection of the soil and water conservation facilities for the 20MW grid-connected photovoltaic power generation project of Jiayuguan Linergy Solar Power Technology Co., Ltd. The acceptance conclusion is: during the implementation of the project, the soil and water conservation plan and the approved documents were basically implemented, meeting the acceptance conditions for soil and water conservation facilities, and the acceptance of the project's soil and water conservation facilities is approved. The acceptance results are now being publicized.

The acceptance materials for soil and water conservation facilities include: Acceptance Certificate for Soil and Water Conservation Facilities, Supervision Summary Report, and Facility Acceptance Report.
