Huhede County is a national-level poverty-stricken county. This poverty alleviation project is the first batch of poverty alleviation power stations of the 13th Five-Year Plan announced by the National Energy Administration. The project has a total capacity of 30.807 MW and consists of three sections. Bidding was held in November 2018, with Linergy Power winning the bid for the third section (11.083 MW). In December, the lowest temperature in the area dropped to -29 degrees Celsius. The Linergy Power project team started the basic construction according to the client's requirements, braving the severe cold and driving over 3000 piles in the wind and snow. The project started in April 2019, and the client required that all sections be connected to the grid before June 30th.

In April, while central China was enjoying spring's warmth and greenery, Inner Mongolia was still covered in yellow sand and experienced three more snowstorms, making the weather exceptionally cold. The Huhede project started on April 1st. The project site is located more than 20 kilometers from the county seat, in a barren, hilly area with narrow roads, requiring secondary transportation of photovoltaic components and other materials. With the tight deadline and difficult construction conditions, and the three project grid connection points being relatively distant, requiring a 10 kV high-voltage grid connection, the project was complex and challenging. Linergy Power, with its professional project design and rich project construction experience, and the project team's dedication and the company's unity, the operation center consistently monitored the project's progress. The project was successfully connected to the grid in just 60 days, earning high praise from the local government.
