Recently, the "Rural Revitalization Qilu Trip - 'Open Shandong' All-Media Interview Activity," hosted by the Shandong Provincial Committee of the CPC, the Shandong Provincial People's Government Information Office, and the Shandong Agriculture and Rural Affairs Department, and undertaken by China Shandong Network, came to Linyi Smart Park in Jinan, Shandong Province.

The Lejia model of Zhangqiu District, Jinan City's clean energy cycle characteristic demonstration village, constructed by Linyi Ruite, uses a multi-energy complementary approach of solar + air energy and has achieved excellent results. The electricity generated by the air energy after the "coal-to-electricity" conversion is generated by solar power generation. The surplus electricity can also be sold to generate more income. Excluding the electricity used for annual heating, villagers have an additional income of 3000 to 3500 yuan per year, which will continue for 25 years. This allows Linyi Ruite to not only solve the problem of clean heating but also help solve rural poverty. Linyi Ruite's "Lejia model" has attracted attention and interest from many places, and the "Lejia model" is being vigorously promoted in Qingdao, Heze in Shandong Province and many other places outside the province.
Supporting the national energy strategy with unlimited prospects
Clean winter heating in rural areas is linked to both a blue sky and the warmth of the people. As a major livelihood and environmental protection project, rural areas face challenges such as dispersed residences, small single-household heating areas, poor house insulation and airtightness, and low public tolerance for heating costs. Before the use of air source heat pumps for "coal-to-electricity" conversion, rural areas relied on coal burning for heating. In addition to heating, coal stoves could also be used for boiling water and cooking, almost becoming an essential part of rural life. Winter coal heating not only pollutes the home environment and poses safety hazards, but it is also one of the main causes of haze in northern winters.
Xujia Temple Village in Shanghe County, Jinan, is the first winter clean heating coal-free demonstration county in Shandong and even the whole country. The village uses products and technical solutions provided by Linyi Ruite. It is reported that Xujia Temple Village has 100 households, with 65 households participating in the first phase of renovation. All have installed 3P air source heat pump heating and cooling units, with a single household supply area of about 60-80㎡, which can effectively achieve clean winter heating and summer cooling. After the renovation, during winter heating, water above 50℃ can be stored in the water tank, and heat is dissipated through water circulation driving radiators, water temperature air conditioners, and other terminal equipment. Each household only needs to spend about 1000 yuan on electricity in a single heating season to reach a comfortable indoor temperature of 16-22℃, saving about 69 tons of standard coal per year for the whole village.
Intelligent manufacturing upgrades have given a strong impetus to the development of clean energy. At present, Linyi Ruite has hundreds of successful solar and air energy rural revitalization cases throughout China, including Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Hebei, Henan, Shanxi, and Zhejiang. It has been awarded the Outstanding Contribution Unit of the Air Source Heat Pump Industry for "Clean Winter Heating" in northern China for three consecutive years and has won the "Outstanding Brand in China's Heat Pump Industry" for consecutive years.
